Using a friend’s code
The code goes in the order summary during checkout. Here’s where to find it.

Start your order on Hilo’s website
Add your products until you reach the page with your cart. If it says “No items in your cart”, add a hub first.

Find the “Your order” box
It’s a white card listing your Hilo Hub, thermostats and installation, with a Subtotal, Taxes and a large Total. On a phone it appears above the Continue button.

Look just below the Total
The last row of that card says “Friend’s code” with a + on the right. Tap or click it to open the field.

Type the code and press Apply
Enter the code exactly as you received it, then press the Apply button next to it.

Check that it worked, then continue
If an error appears, check the code for typos and try again. Once it’s accepted, press Continue to go on with your order.
Hilo may change its checkout at any time, so the layout might look a little different. If you can’t find the field, contact Hilo support.
